Art at the Fresno Metropolitan Museum (all ages) Fieldtrip Nov. 6th - signup now
Skip and Joanie have reserved Friday, Nov. 6th from 9:00am - 10:30am to visit the Met and see:
There is room for 65 people and the cost is $3.50 per person which is non-refundable. You must pay when you sign up to reserve your spot. Please meet in front of the Met in Fresno at 8:45am. As there are other schools following us, we must be out of the exhibitions by 10:30. Maps will be available or click here for directions.

- Marc Chagall: The Early Years (monochromatic etchings from a 1920's book; for older students/adults)
- Chagall for Children (designed for children K-5th although anyone may enjoy it) This hands-on exhibition gives children the opportunity to touch, draw, and immerse themselves in the world of this great artist.
- The Art of Dr. Seuss: A Retrospective Exhibition (Celebrates the artistic contributions of this noted aiuthor/illustrator's rare and never-before-seen art from the 1920's to 1990's)

Fieldtrip to Tower Theatre play "Elves and the Shoemaker" on Dec. 11th- signup deadline Nov. 9th
When: December 11th, 2009 at 10:45am (Lasts approx. 1 hour)
Where: Tower Theatre - Fresno, CA.
Cost: $5.25 per person
Laugh when two merry elves arrive at a small village in the Black Forest to discover a poor, gentle shoemaker who clearly needs their assistance. Their good deeds, kindness and resourcefulness save the shoemaker and his wife from a bleak and unhappy holiday. This hilarious CTC production has been delighting students throughout the U. S. for two decades!

Reminder - Underwater Robotics Club Informational meeting Oct. 6th at 2pm
There will be an informational meeting at 2pm, Tuesday October 6 in the secondary classroom located in the main building.
